Happier &
Healthier
We provide tailored health and well-being services nationwide to a diverse range of industries.
What we do
We understand that delays in accessing healthcare can result in increased time away from work and higher rates of absenteeism and presenteeism. That's why we offer efficient and effective healthcare solutions that prioritise your employees' health and well-being while minimizing the impact on your business operations. Our focus on preventative care and early intervention can help reduce the need for lengthy absences and ensure your employees stay healthy and productive.
We look after your people so they can look after the business.
Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Scanning
Musculoskeletal ultrasound is a non-invasive and cost-effective way to diagnose and monitor conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle tears, and joint inflammation.
Your employees benefit from same-day ultrasound scans, a report of our findings, treatment and a rehabilitation plan.
Why consider msk ultrasound for your employees?
On average, employees relying on NHS for an MSK ultrasound can wait between 6 - 16 weeks for an ultrasound scan and an additional 2 - 6 weeks for a report. These delays increase absence, reduce the quality of life and employee performance, and increase the decline in mental health.
Treatment & Rehabilitation
Colmore Health provides onsite therapy/treatment and rehabilitation services.
According to the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE), musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the country's leading causes of work-related ill health. An estimated 6.9 million working days were lost in 2019/20 due to such disorders.
By reducing pain and discomfort, your employees will benefit from improved mobility and function and increased job satisfaction. At the same time, the company benefits from retention, prevention of injuries and overall cost savings through reduced absence and presenteeism.
Advanced DSE
Assessment
The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 place specific requirements on employers to protect workers from the health risks associated with DSE.
Why consider an advanced DSE assessment for your employees?
An employee may require an advanced DSE assessment if they experience persistent or significant discomfort, pain or disability related to their computer use or if they have a pre-existing condition that affects their ability to work with DSE. An advanced assessment is a more detailed evaluation of an individual's workstation and work habits, which may include recommendations for adjustments or equipment to mitigate any health risks associated with prolonged computer use.
Ergonomic Assessment
Colmore Health provides ergonomic assessments for a variety of workplace activities. We provide onsite and remote support for convenience, depending on your environment and observation access.
Why would you integrate ergonomic assessment into the workplace?
Utilising ergonomic principles within the workplace promotes a safer environment and a healthier workforce.
If you use the MAC tool, RULA, REBA etc., to assess your handling activities, we can help you onsite or remotely.

Manual Handling
Training
Colmore Health provides interactive manual handling training. Training is designed for employees to understand lifting techniques relevant to them, as well as understand tissue capacity and recovery.
Why would you provide manual handling training for your employees?
In the UK, the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 (MHOR) require employers to manage the risks associated with manual handling activities and provide adequate employee training.
What's your lifting capacity?
Electrocardiogram
An ECG (electrocardiogram) is a medical test that measures the heart's electrical activity. It is a non-invasive and painless test.
An ECG can investigate arrhythmias: heart attacks, cardiomyopathies, coronary artery disease, heart valve problems and congenital heart defects.
Why would you provide an ECG for your employees?
As of 2021, heart and circulatory diseases remain a leading cause of death in the UK for both men and women. Men are more likely to develop heart disease at a younger age, while women tend to develop it later in life. However, women are more likely to die from a heart attack than men. An ECG helps identify those with an underlying heart condition.
Healthy Lifestyle Clinics
Healthy Lifestyle clinics are a great way to gain insight into current and future health challenges. They provide an opportunity for employees to understand their health and provide advice on how to make better choices.
Why consider healthy lifestyle clinics for your employees?
Metabolic diseases (obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes) increase the risk of cancers and cardiac events (heart attack/strokes) and are preventable.
What's included in a Healthy Lifestyle Clinic?
We offer various packages to suit your business's demographic, including height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, waist, waist-to-height ratio, QRISK score and cholesterol.
